Pai Cookery School in Pai
Over the years I learned about the culinary traditions of my country and how to prepare them.
Four years ago I started "the House of Glass" Restaurant and Cookery School.
The demand for cookery courses was so great, I decided to focus mainly on the "Pai Cookery School".
Teaching people about authentic Thai dishes is my passion in life and it has become a reality in the gardensetting of my Cookery School.
